LA FORME RETURNS POLICY
At La Forme, uncompromising quality is our promise, woven into every thread.
Each garment is carefully designed, inspected, and packaged with care.
Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Eligible returns will be issued store credit only, valid for 6 months from date of issue.
To qualify for store credit:
• A return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags and hygiene liners must remain attached and intact.
• Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, self-tan, perfume, body odour, pet hair, or any scent.
HYGIENE POLICY (ACTIVEWEAR)
For hygiene and health reasons, all activewear must be tried on over underwear.
Due to the intimate nature of fitted activewear (including leggings, shorts, bodysuits, sports bras, and sets), we reserve the right to decline returns where:
• The hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with.
• There are any visible signs of wear, stretching, perspiration, or scent.
• The item has been worn for training, workouts, or outdoor activity.
Any items returned in an unsellable condition will be sent back to the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. SALE, LIMITED DROPS & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
All sale items, promotional items, limited collections, and discounted pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.

3. FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to remedies where goods are defective, unsafe, or not as described.
If you believe your item is faulty:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number and clear images of the defect.
• The item will be inspected upon return.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, La Forme will:
• Repair the item,
• Replace the item, or
• Provide a refund,
as required under the CPA.
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect washing, friction, improper sizing selection, or failure to follow care instructions does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

4. PROCESSING TIMES
Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued within 5–7 working days.
