However, if you encounter issues with the size, colour, or discover damage upon receiving the product, we are happy to facilitate an exchange with an available item in our store. As an alternative, we offer the option of providing you with a store credit, which can be applied towards the purchase of any other item of equal value.

- Dispatch of orders will take place upon the receipt of proof of payment.
- Please allow a timeframe of 1-3 business days for order fulfilment, followed by the subsequent delivery period.
